A 150-guest wedding of 5 hours with a bar needs about 5 standard units. Two other setups work too: 3 flushing units plus 1 standard unit, or a two-room trailer plus 1 standard unit by the bar. Add 1 hand washing station for every 2 portable units. Long receptions need more capacity.

Restroom trailer or flushing porta potties for a wedding?
Pick a restroom trailer when the venue has power, the ground is level and guests wear formal clothes. Pick flushing porta potties when the site is a field, orchard or vineyard row with no outlet. Trailers need a 20-amp outlet and a clear tow path. Flushing units need neither.

Wedding restroom timeline
Book wedding restrooms 1 to 3 months ahead for May to October Saturdays. Confirm the head count 2 weeks out. We deliver the Friday before and pick up Monday. Walk the delivery path with your venue so the truck avoids lawns, string lights and low oak branches.

How much do wedding restrooms cost?
Flushing units start at $349 each and a 2-room restroom trailer starts at $1,295 for one day, delivery and setup included. Hand washing stations start at $175 when delivered with toilets. Your quote lists the full total.
Can you hide the units from photos?
Tell us the ceremony view and we place units behind a tent, hedge or barn. Keep them within a 2-minute walk of the dance floor.
Do you provide an attendant?
We can quote an attendant who restocks and wipes down during long receptions. Most weddings under 150 guests do not need one.
Can units go in a vineyard or orchard?
Flushing units go almost anywhere a pickup truck can reach. Trailers need a firm, level spot and a tow path about 10 feet wide.
What if it rains?
Trailers keep guests dry. For portable units, we set plywood bases and you can add a canopy and a lit path.
