Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BaseRoute Porta Potties collects through davisportapotty.com and how we use it. Last updated October 22, 2026.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we collect your delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and head count. When you book, we also collect your name, delivery address, email and payment details.

How the form works

The quote form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails your entry to us. We do not use the form data for advertising.

How we use it

We use your details to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to text or call you about that order.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run orders, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@davisportapotty.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA, and we honor those requests.
